Are you passionate about football and want to make a difference? Join our team as an official for NFL Flag and 7on7 Passing Leagues in Eagle, ID and Fair Oaks, CA! As a 3R Football referee, you’ll play a key role in the success of each game and the development of our young athletes. Your leadership, fairness, and energy help create a positive experience for every player on the field. We offer multiple seasons and tournaments year-round, giving you plenty of opportunities to stay active, make an impact, and be part of the game you love.

What You’ll Do:
- Officiate games with fairness and a focus on player safety
- Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
- Create a fun, energetic, and positive environment
- Represent 3R Football with professionalism and enthusiasm
Referee Expectations:
✔ Be at least 14 years old
✔ Attend a mandatory training session
✔ Participate in scrimmages if additional practice is needed
✔ Commit to refereeing weekly throughout the season
✔ Communicate scheduling conflicts in advance
✔ Arrive on time for all games
✔ Show respect to players, coaches, spectators, and fellow officials
