FREE NFL FLAG FOOTBALL INTRO CAMP 2025

Sacramento County, City of Sacramento & surrounding areas.

Come join us at Del Campo High School on Saturday January 4th for our 1st annual Free NFL FLAG YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP. We will have two local Championship Girls High School Flag Football teams helping us introduce the rapidly evolving game of Flag Football to the local Youth. These two quality High School Girls programs will play an exhibition game at the conclusion of the camp so be sure to stick around and watch some quality Flag Football.

Date & Time : Saturday January 4th, 2025
  • Early registration prior to 1/3/24 will be entered in a drawing for free or discounted registration for the upcoming season starting 3/8/2024!
  • Registration starts at 10am and shuts down at 10:50.
  • Camp starts at 11am and concludes at 1pm.

Important Details
All Boys and Girls between K-8th grade are eligible for this FREE Camp. All camp attendees must be registered to participate. Any players that register for our 2025 NFL Flag Spring Season starting Saturday March 8th will be eligible for a discount code towards their 2025 Spring registration.

Details:
Two local Championship High School Girls Flag teams will introduce the great game of Flag Football to the local youth. This FREE Camp will cover the following:

Field Work
  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Footwork & Ladder drills
  • Fundamentals
  • Defensive Technique – Pursuit angles, proper flag pulling
  • Pass Game (throwing mechanics, route running)
  • Balls drills (snaps, catching, handoffs)
  • Position specific simulation

PLEASE NOTE: Same day registration starts at 10AM and will shut down at 10:50AM. All Camp Attendees must be registered before participating.
